Membership is open to Lebanese nationals and to those of Lebanese descent at any remove, who hold senior standing, or a clear trajectory towards it, in enterprise, the professions, public and institutional life, science and technology, or culture.
Applications are reviewed by a standing committee. Every applicant receives a decision within fourteen days, and every deferral comes with a reason.
