Your data
A register of senior people is a target. Writing that down plainly is the first obligation, and the rest of this page follows from it.
You control every field
Each field in a member entry carries its own visibility: the full membership, your house only, or nobody. Nothing is public by default. The public site publishes aggregate shape and nothing else, and a member appears by name in public only where they have explicitly opted in.
The register is not exportable
There is no bulk export, no API for the register, and no scraping surface. Directory pages are rate limited and access is logged. A member who bulk extracts the register is expelled under the charter.
Administrator access is reviewable
Every administrator action on member data is recorded, and the log is reviewable by the Ethics and Conduct Committee, which sits under an independent chair.
What we will refuse
We will not hand the register to a government, a party, a campaign, a commercial partner or a journalist. Where a lawful order compels disclosure we will contest it where we can, comply where we must, and tell the affected member unless we are barred from doing so.
If something goes wrong
A breach affecting member data is disclosed to the membership and to the relevant authorities within seventy two hours of confirmation, with what was taken, what was not, and what we are doing about it.
